It’s not zippered, and took a month to get it, but my dog loves it! I have bought him two other beds and he won’t even look at them. He took to this right away. He sleeps in it a lot. It’s very #oft and snuggly.I was disappointed that it was not as high-sided as I would like, so hard for any dog to bury into. However, my Pitty loved it and sleeps soundly all night. Actually, oversleeps in theAM. Therefore, I give it 4 stars.This dog bed is supper soft and very large and looks nice in the living room.I purchased the 45” and it was actually too large for my dog! I contacted the seller and they responded within the same day and offered to exchange it, no questions asked. Amazing customer experience is always a huge plus!!! Definitely recommend this dog bed!It’s nice quality soft & comfy. My only negative thing to say ~ be mindful regarding this came from Shanghai China! Took over a month to receive. Make sure your aware of third party shipping.Took a while to get here, I don't actually care about that but other people may. My bigger annoyance is that I bought this specifically because the title said "zippered" and "removable shell." Nope! I mean I guess if I undo all the stitches it's removable. It also does not have the shape from the picture, it's super flat and not filled at all. I will have to do some surgery on this to make it useable and practical.I purchased the large size. The dog bed was not as pictured. Flat as a pancake, hardly any filling. You can feel the floor. I had too buy more filling. "Sides" were lower than the middle of the bed. Came from China, took forever to get here. Not worth the money.A major delay in delivery was expected, due to COVID-19. Two to two and a half months? My daughter already had the dog! I talked her into THIS bed because he is a nervous dog and she has two small children. She didn't buy him a bed because I told her I bought this one already.So, we waited.A nice surprise!:May 11th I'm told delivery will be in July? Well, it arrived May 26th!NOT BAD, considering it is actually coming from China! That's right. Not USA. You don't know till you know, but this bed comes VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by foster families and shelters! I really wanted this dog to love his new home and family. So I stayed the course when I considered cancelling my order because he needed a bed that made him feel safe. I wanted it to be a bed he would find security and refuge in. This is that bed.Anyway. The seller was very understanding when I asked about the delay, offering to refund me. Very kind and reasonable seller.In the picture, Rocky was being introduced to his new bed. Apparently, my granddaughter sleeps with him sometimes. I would share the pics but then the world might see her face. No can do. She loves the bed as much as Rocky does (or she just loves Rocky!).
