I ordered a 'LARGE', even though our dog is actually a MEDIUM-sized dog of 40-lbs., since it seemed safe to get one size larger than I thought necessary. Well…the harness would barely allow her head to go through, and the body-strap wouldn't even reach all the way around her, even though she is a slim dog! When I tried to return it, I was told to pay for return shipping and that there would also be a "20% restocking fee" imposed. This company accepts no responsibility for overstating and misrepresenting the size. It is one thing to pay for return shipping, but it is an insult to be charged "restocking" fees for a brand-new item returned to them for a valid reason! They obviously don't know what a medium-size dog is! AVOID THIS SELLER - THERE IS A HIGH PROBABILITY THEY WILL RIP-YOU OFF TOO!
