The leash is very cute and appears to be well made, but I haven’t used it heavily yet. I ordered the large size first for my well behaved lab and it was a bit heavy when it hung on his neck. I exchanged it for the smaller, lighter leash which was advertised as being 1/2 inch thick. It’s not a half inch. It is very thin and measures between 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch. The padding on the hand grip was better on the larger leash. If the smaller one had been as advertised I would have given it a higher initial rating.This leash is lightweight and strong, stands up well to my little 11lb dog when she starts to make a run after a squirrel and the like (and she can certainly pull when she wants!). The handle is comfortable in my hand and easy to maneuver back and forth between hands while walking her. I took away one star because I only wish the reflective material was on either side of the leash, but other than that, it's great for my needs!I have a small dog and the adjustable length of this leash is great. 4' was too small and sometimes 6' is too long. The construction is sturdy and the reflective pattern is great. I have it and the matching leash as well. I only wish they made a step through harness in this design!I like this collar and leash combo for its reflective properties. When a car comes down the street at night, the collar and leash shine brightly in the car's headlights. The leash is adjustable but the loop (if you don't keep it fully extended) on the end often gets caught around my dog's front paws.This leash is super cute, especially with the matching collar. Unfortunately all of the reflective decorative bones have rubbed off and we have only used this for 2 weeks.These leashes are workhorses! The reflective properties can save a life a night and the padded handle is very comfy to hold.This is my third Red Dingo leash and I won't buy anything else. The only reason for 3 is that I have 2 dogs and one got chewed because it got left where a dog could chew it.This leash is even better than described. It looks very nice, is well made, the snap is easy to use and the overall weight and flexibility is just perfect for my 20 pound sheltie.It arrived sooner than expected in sturdy packaging. Would definitely order from this seller again.Thanks for a great experience!i bought the collar and the harness. those were fine. it is well mace, the leash is pretty thick if you adjust it to be smaller. i returned it and bought a simple black one from my local pet store.Quality great but when not fully extended, there is a lot of loop for puppy to get her legs caught up in... would benefit from another tab to hold the lead together in the middle as wellActually after a few months use... design has peeled off so not the quality I thought at first!!We love this lead it’s reflective strong we use it for our Shih Tzu and she has the harness to match
