The order was processed and received on time. Having used the clipper twice, it seems to work well. A little more explanation on what to expect, in terms of hair length for the various comb attachments, would have have been helpful. The small, cautious rescue dog I’m fostering was not frightened. Fairly quiet and cordless this is a good product. Finished, the dog got complements and I wasn’t any the worse for our efforts.
