I have no idea how, but this shirt really works. I had rescued a seven year old 18 pound Chihuahua who would become petrified when it would start raining. Even if it was just sprinkling, she would start trembling uncontrollably. We’ve had storms here the past two days and I’ve put this on her and she has not trembled once. She seems much less freaked out by the rain. I bought her the size small based on the chart. The collar area is a little too big but other than that this thing is working perfectly.
