There are some unfortunate design choices here. The strap connectors are not ladder lock or anything like that, so tightening straps has little effect in long term. Wheels lean outward due to inadequate bracing that is reliant on a rotational fit. i want to like it, but it will take replacing some parts to make it usable. There's no excuse for a manual that bad though, there's not even a picture of the final assembled product.
