I bought the large size. We have a 60# Catahoula~Boarder Collie mix. I chose this dog bed because it can be taken apart for road trips. It was mostly easy to put together. Took my husband about 5 minutes. (the last piece was a little tough). It's durable and well made. I feel worth the cost. That being said.......our dog has ZERO interest in it! We put his regular dog bed on top of it for added comfort. He'll lay down on it if I ask him to but will not get on it voluntarily. I'm hoping in the summer time he'll lay on it verses the patio but not holding my breath, lol! If your dog(s) like this type of bed I would recommend this one.
